Description

There are no visual information about expired survey
In 3.X : we have this information and can go more easily to publication tab

Steps to reproduce

Import included LSA
Try to launch survey with exiting button
Have the "Nous sommes désolés, mais le questionnaire a expiré et n’est plus disponible."

Expected result

No Lauch survey button (or disabled)
Expirted surey appear somewhere

Actual result

Sees survey is not expired
