Description

When have to debug : it can be difficult to have the SQL error only

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Try to import the lss (from this issue https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=20153 )
To get the SQL error done
debug:0 : no SQL error
debug1 : PHP warning Attempt to read property "row" on null

Expected result

Have a way to get SQL error without debug set

Actual result

No solution

Not a friend of such a solution.
We could discuss if the superadmin could activate some kind of
debug reporting from the admin interface.

Or only initial superadmin ?

We have near same issue with survey activation : sometimes it's not the number of columns the issue. Set debug is the only solution to know what happens.
