yes all opitons was checked,

on quick way i copy whole folder application (without config) from previous version 6.14.3 and works
i spend whole day to check different survey, combinations of groups and questions
and "there is x question in survey" if you activate it to show after that adding copping new q donot works

I think this is a duplicate to https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=20149. We have hotfix ready, should be deployed soon.
Also as a quick fix, you could try going to Survey settings -> General and change Question code prefix, Subquestion code prefix and Answer code prefix to inherit.
