Responses action submenu remains open when you don't click it away (see screenshot).

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to responses table and click on 3 dots under Action column from any response
  2. Don't do anything (keep the 3 dots submenu active)
  3. Scroll up and click on Overview
  4. You need to reload for the submenu to disappear

Expected result

When I click somewhere else the submenu closes.

Actual result

Submenu remains open and clutters the interface.
