How does bulk setting the expiration date work?

Steps to reproduce

I've created and activated two surveys.
I would like both surveys to end on the same day.
I selected both, set the expiration date, and everything appears to have saved correctly.
However, neither survey shows the expiration date.

Expected result

I expected set expiration dates for both surveys.

Actual result

No survey has a set expiration date.
