Summary19649: Loose global theme options in error page
Description

In 5.X in layout_errors.twig : we can use aSurveyInfo.options to get Theme option, not the case in current master.
It's needed for best 404 and other errro page.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Import included theme in 5.X, set a value for logo in options
Set as default
Go to an invalid survey ID to get a 404 error page
Test survey : see image::theme::files/poweredby.png (or other picture)
