| Summary | 19530: Timezone not used in the list of surveys | ||||
| Description | I have a server with time difference set to +3 (i.e. Europe/Helsinki "summer time"). I made a survey, put today 12:00 as the start date/time. At 13:00 everything works. However, the list of surveys shows the clock icon, just like for surveys that are not yet open. If I set start date/time to 10:00, it is OK. So I think that the time offset is not read in the front page list. | ||||
