Summary19448: Questioon menu needed too on Question edit
Description

We have the question menu at top let in question summary view (after 19164)
But when admin set Directly show edit mode: to ON : Tool menu are not shown

Set preference to Directly show edit mode:
Go to edit a question

Expected result

Find easily a button to edit Default values

Actual result

Need to close, and button is here only after
