Summary19437: not possible to import lsa archive
Description

I try to crwate a new survey with the import function. A survey from another installation, same LS release. I get an error
500: intern tjenerfeil Class "XMLReader" not found

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new survey
Import lsa archive

i cannot reproduce

my steps:
create test survey
activate
export lsa
create survey
import from lsa
duplicate survey created, no errors

need more information please
