Summary19413: Unable to save or edit question with debug=2 and 'use_asset_manager' => 1
Description

With debug = 2 : console show Uncaught TypeError: LS.questionEditor is undefined when try to save or edit question.

Set debug = 2
et 'use_asset_manager' => 1,

        'debug' => 2,
        'debugsql' => 0, // Set this to 1 to enanble sql logging, only active when debug = 2
        'use_asset_manager' => 1,

Try to edit or save any question (Editor mode On or Off)

Expected result

Save or edit question

Actual result

Console error when click on button
