Summary19411: Opt-in/Opt-out screen cannot be edited in survey theme
Description

Subviews for opt-in & opt out are part of the survey theme.
But currently there is no way to customize then, nor are they part of the core XML survey theme files.
They need at least to be added to the survey theme files.

Downside of this current state is that the text 'I confirm' is not picked up by our translation manager due to this misconfiguration.
