Summary19265: input on demand: cannot update in place subquestions unless changing subq. code
Description

if you have an input ondemand question with existing subquestions and try to quick edit+replace them, you got an
error

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

create survey with an input on demand question and only a subquestion (you may use the one attached)
"quickadd" the subquestion and add at least one row
click replace, then save

Expected result

new subquestions replace the existing one

Actual result

Could not save subquestion

Subquestion codes must be unique.
