Description

I tried to copy a theme, then assign it to a survey. I used the survey editor to change theme options, but the changes do not seem to apply.
I checked the data in aSurveyInfo.options, but i did not see any changes i made.

Steps To Reproduce

1 - copy fruity theme (extends_fruity_theme)
2 - Assign the extends_fruity_theme to a survey.
3 - Change theme options via survey editor. For example the background color to red.
4 - Preview the survey.

Expected result

The background color changes to red.

Actual result

The background color stays the same.

I cannot reproduce on latest 5.x (8226b41ece5e704aa5a980a25431daf5ad0313d5) with php 8.0. Following your steps, the background color is changed to red when I preview survey.

I tried again today, it seems to work with fruity theme. Might be the cache that prevent the changes.

Still, it seems that the when a user exit on quota, the theme is not applied correctly if "inherits everything" is set to off.
The logo, for instance, disappear even if the configuration hasn't been changed.
