Summary	19235: How to translate to Hebrew
Description	Hello, We are using on premise LimeSurvey Version 5.6.39 . I would like to translate to Hebrew the messages in the file "application/controllers/OptoutController.php". For example see attached the file Please let me know how can I use multi-language system and let me the option to translate to Hebrew if on "General settings" menu I choose "Survey languages:" = Hebrew and "Base language:"=Hebrew. Thanks Michael
