Summary19156: The menu toggler in Bootswatch theme (flatly variation) is invisible because the navbar is dark
Description

When the menu toggler in Bootswatch theme appears in small screens, it is not visible because the navigation bar is dark in flatly variation (or in any variation with a dark navigation bar).

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. On any survey, set the theme to Bootswatch, variation Flatly (or any dark variation).
  2. Preview the survey, or activate it.
  3. Access the survey in a small screen (or decrease the window on a computer).

Expected result

The menu toggler appears in white or any other color visible on a dark background.

Actual result

The menu toggler is invisible, although present (on the left corner of the navigation bar), it is dark on a dark background.
