Summary19066: updatesurveylocalesettings Updating survey settings is extremly slow
Description

the updatesurveylocalesettings api request takes exxessively long time while saving survey settings. As an example: we have a survey that takes ca 15 minutes to fill, consisting of ca 100 questions in 2 languages on ~35 groups. Saving this survey's settings on a standard hosting environment takes 40+ seconds! The more questions, the longer the time and vice versa.

Steps to reproduce

Attached is an example survey with 100 questions in 10 groups, in 5 languages. Saving this survey settings takes ~6-7 seconds on LS hosted service on v6.2. It takes roughly double the time (12-13 sec) on my local machine running in docker and similar time on my hosting provider.

  1. Import the attached test survey
  2. go to survey settings, change something, eg survey title or whatever
  3. Save and note the timing on updatesurveylocalesettings request

Expected result

A reasonable save time :)

A not reasonable save time :)
