Summary19062: import of broken lsa file yields success message (but inactive "Go to survey" button)
Description

If you import a broken lsa file (e.g. an empty file) to create a survey, you get a Success message.
However, the "Go to survey" button doesn't work and no survey is actually created.

Steps to reproduce

go to create survey- import. Import an empy or broken lsa file (I enclose one for your convenience)

Expected result

Warning message because of incorrect input

Actual result

you get a Success message with no numbers for questions etc.
However, the "Go to survey" button doesn't work and no survey is actually created.
