Summary	19035: LimeSurvey is not configuring the email for sending smtp
Description	LimeSurvey is not configuring the email for sending smtp, I already released posts on windows and servers, I also tried to configure the email.php in the smtp settings, and even so it does not send. can anyone help with this setup.
