Summary19007: participant table crash after sending mail
Description

after upgrade 5.6.31->5.6.32, when sending mail to particpant, unable to browse participant on /index.php/admin/tokens/sa/browse/surveyid/335956
error message (500):
TokenDynamic and its behaviors do not have a method or closure named "canBeMailed".
the problem occurs on all existing surveys and newly created too
