Summary18989: Hide some label sets in list of label sets
Description

By experience : Label sets are used more for specific usage, shortcut for a lot of questions, list specifc to a serveice etc …
It can be interseting to have a less long list : the have public/non public label set (like SurveysGroups)

Additional Information

An idea:

  • Add a "publiclabelset" to true in config
  • Add a settings in security GUI to update
  • Add a boolean column when update : public
  • Set this column to true after create (noty by default)
  • Add the checkox in label edition
  • use publiclabelset config when create a new one (in model maybe).
