Description

Can't reorder questions by dragging in the left hand menu

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Open a survey in structure view with multiple questions, attempt to reorder questions by dragging and dropping. Mouse ver 6 dot reorder icon to change mouse cursor to re-order cursor. Left click to drag question to a new position

Expected result

Question is dragged to new position

Actual result

Question changes colour indicating it is selected by cannot be dragged to new position (all other positions change mouse icon to forbidden icon

Hello, is it possible you are trying to reorder questions in an active survey? This is only possible in a non-active survey
