Steps to reproduce

Create a new questionnaire
Go to the parameters of the questionnaire.
The ‘Export’ button contains the word ‘Key:’

If you click on the ‘Export’ button, we see a list of choices that contain the word Key:

If we cancel, we return to the parameters and the ‘Export’ button is correct.

But if we choose an item from the parametre menu, the bug returns
