Description

I am getting 500 network response on plugins page when I try to load second page or load all of them.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. I have checked out develop branch of Limesurvey (latest commit hash 0b1621014e693040e7093cacc88681469fc5ae8a) and in my config.php I have debug set to 2.
  2. When I go to plugins page I can see the first page of plugins
  3. After I click on the next page I get an error.

Expected result

The second page should load without an error.

Actual result

I am getting 500 error.

Couldn't reproduce issue on master.

I think this was caused by one of the core plugins (statFunctions) that I needed to reinstall. Now it works fine.
But, I think this error could happen again if some plugin is broken.

I am not sure how to reproduce this, but I can try to do clean install again if needed.

This happened to me because the plugin on page 2 of plugins had some config error (not sure how to provoke this). I just deinstalled and reinstalled the plugin and this was fixed.
We can close this imo, but this ticket was more about maybe handling this case better - where plugin is misconfigured.

statFunctions was the plugin in question. @DenisChenu I think I asked you about it and you recommended to uninstall and reinstall.

Maybe create a new bug indicate the issue ?

When we found time we can check when exactly it happens ?
