Summary18717: Find a way to allow editing boostrap :root in SurveyTheme
Description

bootstrap use CSS var, it can be cool to allow more easy edition in SurveyTheme Option.

Additional Information

All variables are currently in bootstrap_5.min.css for vanilla.

A primary option is to move :root on a specific file before loading all other BS system

This allow to set color by user in theme editor more easily.

I second this idea. It will make it far easier to customize colors of a theme.
