Summary18451: Plugin uploading omit translation files
Description

When uploading plugin files the translation files PO and MO are ignored.

The settings allowedpluginuploads in the config-default.php file can be changed only by the developer.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create plugin zip with PO and MO files.
  2. Upload plugin.
  3. In the plugin directory there are no PO and MO files, hence no translation in the surveys.

Expected result

PO and MO files are copied properly with other files and the plugin translation is visible in the surveys.

Actual result

There are no PO and MO files and no translation texts in the plugin views.
