Description

When starting last confort update, a php error aprears: Call to undefined function url_encode(), located in /application/models/UpdateForm.php, line 966.

Steps to reproduce

Enter in Lime Survey ui instance and click on new confort update alert.

Expected result

Few milliseconds after start, the update always stops.

Actual result

Can't update.
