Summary18406: Participants no longer pass from CPDB to surveys
Description

I am no longer able to add a participant from the CPDB to a survey? This used to work, but no longer does?

This is the survey I am trying to add participants to is https://blah.limesurvey.net/354142?lang=en

Steps To Reproduce

In the CPDB I click the 'Add to survey' icon on the participant, choose the survey above, then I'm taken to the mapping screen, where it confirms there are no unmapped attributes.

So I click on 'continue' which then brings up an empty box titled 'Map Participant Attributes', which once cleared returns you to the participants list, and the participant hasn't been added?

Can reproduce it on LS Cloud, still can't reproduce it on my own installation.
A PHP version issue? Which PHP version are the cloud servers running.

@ollehar Can we get to the log files of the server?
