Summary18400: After I delte a User there will still be an entry in lime_user_in_groups
Description

I use the the User Management
(index.php/userManagement/index)
to delete a User.

If the user was part of a group it will still have an entry in the database table lime_user_in_groups.
So when you delete a User the corresponding entries in the database table lime_user_in_groups are not removed.

You even can see this in the Web Interface in The User Group List (index.php/userGroup/index) It will show a Wrong member count.

Add user to Group
Delete User
see wrong member count in index.php/userGroup/index
or look a the database table lime_user_in_groups the uid of the deleted user is still there.

Expected result

When a user is deleted the uid of the user should be removed from database table lime_user_in_groups

Actual result

When a user is deleted the uid of the user remains database table lime_user_in_groups causing wrong member counts
