Summary18321: New method: get_available_site_settings
Description

The existing method get_site_settings expects the user to know which settings are available, visit https://manual.limesurvey.org/Optional_settings/en, or reading the application/config/config-defaults.php file.

A new method get_available_site_settings would help. It could either:

  • return a simple integer-indexed array of setting names or
  • an array mapping setting names to values
