Description

You cannot delete a user role by clicking on its action button

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create a user role "test"
Hit the action button "Delete" to delete it.

Expected result

We expect it to be deleted

Actual result

The user role is not deleted (after page refreshes).
To delete it, you need to select it and choose "delete" from the drop-down list on the bottom of the page
