Summary	18314: Save-button under Survey settings does not work
Description	After updating (using the comfort update) from 5.3.23+220705 to 5.3.31+220815 the save-button in all of the survey settings sub-menus (General settings, Text elements etc.) does not seem to work anymore, i.e. when I click the button, changes are not saved (no message appears). Adding and editing questions still works.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Change a setting in any of the survey settings sub-menus and click the save-button. Expected result Changes are saved. Confirmation message appears. Actual result Nothing happens.
