Description

In 3.X :

  1. you have help show on hover
  2. help is shown before input (better relation)
  3. help is aria-related to input

Compare usage in 3.X and 5.X

Expected result

have the help on hover is minimum
Allow help to be show is needed too (copy for manual for example)

Actual result

Need to click (and shown take really a lot of time and place …)
