Description

After submitting my last issue (https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=18051) the bug tracker showed up an error message "APPLICATION ERROR #plugin_Discord_ERROR_CURL".

Submit an issue containing some markdown syntax.

Expected result

Message get's displayed saying the issue was submitted successfully.
Issue is visible in the list of issues.

Actual result

Error Message get's displayed saying: "APPLICATION ERROR #plugin_Discord_ERROR_CURL".
Issue is visible in the list of issues.

If the message cannot be transmitted to Discord for some reason it now won't display an error anymore.
