Summary17920: Factor out ResponseManager
Description

First step to remove the limit on number of questions on a survey is to factor out a ResponseManager class that will replace the Response and SurveyDynamic classes. It will be set in internal.php, so that it can be reconfigured with a custom class in config.php

Ping @DenisChenu for feedback and ideas. :) We should list all access-points for Response and SurveyDynamic models. Then we could replace them.

Biggest problem I see is the shape of our current statistics classes.

@DenisChenu Expression manager only writes to Response in one place? Does it read?
