Summary17910: No answer is displayed in statistics even when No answer is set to No in global survey settings
Description

In the statistic display, no answer is still given as an option even if it is disabled in the global settings. Please see screenshots below

create a yes/no question
activate and collect some responses
go to statistics
View statistics

Expected result

should contain just Yes and No

Actual result

The diagram contains "Yes, No and No answer"

This is bogus. It could very well be that a user does not select an answer which would still count as 'No answer'.
Or that the setting was changed during a running survey.
