Summary17895: Error in multiple-numeric "Equals sum value" setting.
Description

When using the Equals sum value setting referencing a preceding question, some values in the preceding question cause incorrect decimal places to be added to the "Total" value and prevent question validation - even when it should be correct.

Problem occurs in both 3.x and 5.x.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Install the attached survey .

2) Enter a value of 37877607 in the first question.

3) Enter the same value in any sub-question of the second question.

The question should be validated but is not and one cannot advance in the survey.
