Summary17879: Remote Control delete_question error message is too generic
Description

When using the RC method delete_question, a non-specific "Error" status is returned.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  • Start an RPC session.
  • Make sure the question you're trying to delete exists (e.g. ID 1234).
  • Try using an RPC client to delete the language from the survey: delete_question(1234).

Expected result

The error reason returned by the RC API should be as specific as possible.

Actual result

The question may or may not be removed but a generic array('status' => 'Error') is returned.
