Summary	17874: Upgrading from 3.x to 5.x: unclear message
Description	I received this message: "Note: Because you are updating from a stable to an unstable version or vice versa a change log might not be available or incomplete." This might scare people off. Better: "Note: Because you are updating from a 3.x version to a 5.x version a change log may not be complete. This will not affect the functionality of the new 5.x solution. A complete change log may be found here: [link to change log page on limesurvey.org]." Also show this link after installation is complete.
