| Summary | 17857: After updating from 5, I get an Error under the menu item "Survey Menu": Trying to access array offset on value of type nul | ||||
| Description | After updating from LimeSurvey 3 to LimeSurvey 5 I get an Error under the menu item "Survey Menu": Trying to access array offset on value of type null. Can anyone help me to find out why this is happening? The table entries under "surveymenu" and under "surveymenu_entries" have been taken over completely correctly. I hope I was in the right place. The error does not occur in the old LimeSurvey version. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | I did the update according to the following instructions: https://manual.limesurvey.org/Upgrading_from_a_previous_version/de Then I updated the database via the PHP CLI: php application/commands/console.php updatedb . Update Version from Version 3.27.31+220104 to LimeSurvey Community Edition Version 5.2.10+220118 The update went through fine, except for the error under "Survey Menu". | ||||

Thank you for your feedback. But I am not sure, if I have understood you correctly. Do you mean directly in the LimeSurvey backend? I don't have this menu, see the screenshot. Or do you mean directly in the database? Thanks and greetings Bavra |

So I tried the following. I have the following tables: "surveymenu_entries" and "surveymenu". |

Srry, I meant, I have truncated the following tables. |

Sorry, I was in the wrong version of LimeSurvey. Anyway, I have now reset in LS 3 "Menu configuration" and " Menu entries configuration ", imported the database in LS 5, run the update.php over it and everything works as it should. After that I have entered the entries manually again. |
