Summary17719: Question list not updated when adding/changing questions
Description

Pretty sure this is new in 5.2, worked in 5.1.5.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create survey.
Create initial question group (or autocreated).
Problem #1 - qestion group not shown in left menu. Switch to Settings and then back to Structure.
Click on group name.
Add new question (no matter which button).
Save question.

Expected result

Question count in left menu updated and question shown in list.

Actual result

Question count stays the same (0 for first question), question doesn't appear in list.
Reloading page doesn't help, still no update. Only solution is to switch to Settings and then back to Structure.

Did additional testing. Installed 5.1.5 - everything works as expected, new questions appear in list.
Manually upgraded to 5.2.1 - everything new from zip, kept config.php, security.php and upload/ folder. Cleared assets cache.
After this new questions (ang groups) doen't appear in list.
