Summary17589: Unhandled error while updating code.
Description

When trying to update the code and not connected to the Limesurvey servers, it displays a not very nice error message in disabled debug mode.

Attached are screenshots with debugging turned on.

The error returned by $check->error to "no_server_answer";
This bug is also not supported on version 3.27.17.
