| Summary | 17563: when the 'reminder sent' is set to yes, the option 'filled out' is automatically set to yes |

| Description | When I edit a survey particpant and set the 'reminder sent' to yes, the option 'filled out' is automatically set to yes and I can no longer edit the participant. Even trying to manually set the option 'filled out' to no is not possible as long as the 'reminder sent' option ist switched to yes. |

| Additional Information | Others seem to have the problem too. When it's set via the mass edit option everything is fine.
