Summary17539: Custom.css is empty in assets folder.
Description

When extending fruity and adding some css to the custom.css file the code is saved in the /upload/themes folder, but is not saved in the /tmp/assets folder. The custom.css file in the created folder is empty.

Hence, the code is not aplied.

Changing debug values did not change anything.

So after a while a started from scratch to see where things were going wrong.

When I clicked on /theme options/ in the main dashboard (not the theme editor) I received the following message :

Field files_css must be either a JSON array or the string "inherit". Value is null.

But the custom.css file in the assets folder was still ok, so not empty.

However, when i changed /variations/ to /bay of many/, then the custom.css file in the assets folder became empty.
