Summary17389: Giving Surveys in group permission didn't work
Description

In 4.6.3 : give Surveys Read in group permission to an user (only this permission) didn't give read permission to this user.

Steps To Reproduce

checkout 4.6.3 :

  • Create a group
  • Put one survey in this group
  • Create new user
  • Give read right to Surveys In group to this user
  • Connect with this user
  • See the survey
  • Click on it : redirected

@DenisChenu The survey group permissions don't seem to work, really. I am not able to edit them in master at all. In dev branch it is a bit better, where I can edit them, but not save.

Still have issue with save but it work in 4.X now

@c_schmitz, we are currently checking whether we can use this new feature for new projects. Problem is that the documentation at https://manual.limesurvey.org/Survey_Group_Permissions is really hard to read. There isn't even an introduction telling the user what the feature can be used for.

Would it be possible to improve this so we have a documentation that is easier to read. Because otherwise no one will use this new feature.
