Thanks. For example <tr><th>Title</th><th>Comment</th> at application/views/admin/dataentry/content_view.php is also untranslatable, I suppose. These can be found with

find -name '*.php' | xargs egrep '<[a-z]{1,3}>[A-Z][a-z]' | fgrep -v third_party

OTOH may not be worth of fixing, as some strings may never really appear to the user.
