Description

On the website of LimeSurvey, the following link:
https://manual.limesurvey.org/Installation_-_LimeSurvey_CE#Make_sure_you_can_use_LimeSurvey_on_your_website
leads to a paragraph about requirements.

When you want to download the latest stable version, you end up at a 404 page.

I found that there is not a link like:
https://www.limesurvey.org/latest-stable-version (a page which can be updates at will)

I think that this would help the novice users.
