Summary17171: Inverse color for Publish API on /admin/remotecontrol button
Description

Currently : when de-activate Publish API on /admin/remotecontrol : it's red. Meaing it's better to activate.
It's inverse : better to deactivate (security)

Set Access-Control-Allow-Origin header:

is OK( in my opinion)

Look at Global settings interface
