Description

There are situation where condition can not be edited.

Steps To Reproduce

Import included survey (from https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=16610)

Go to [Q2] FOLLOW UP QUESTION

Click on condition designer

Click on edit …

  1. Create a survey with 1 group and 2 questions. Question 2 should be a "condition" question.
    (It will be displayed only if certain conditions are met. E.g., "Show question X if the answer to question Y was Z".
  2. Go to question 2: From the the Structure tab select the question.
  3. Click on the "Condition Designer" tab (top toolbar). Default page should be displayed already in "Add and Edit Conditions" mode.

Expected Results: User should be able to edit conditions.

I can't see a bug here, just a shitty interface.
The form to edit the condition is below the condition list and can be edited and saved - just checked it.
(it is the same in LS3)
