Summary17108: inline HTML editor that is default don't show in the email template after upgrade the version to 4.4.9
Description

Hello,
I upgrade today the version to 4.4.9+210219.
After upgrading, in the Email templates don't show the inline HTML editor that is default HTML editor mode.
And button "Add file" of the attachments in the Email templates don't work (a file upload window isn't opened).
Nevertheless, in the text elements of the survey the inline HTML editor is shown.
I would appreciate help in this matter.
