I have "data-url="/index.php/surveyAdministration/listsurveys"" in "List surveys" button, latest master (4.4.6).

upgraded, but in a new folder, copying config.php, upload/, surveytranslator_helper.php and our custom .po language from previous 4.x

I'm comparing two installations of LS 4.4.6: one works and one not.
I checked content of lime_boxes tables:
in the working one, only row 1 was wrong: it contained "admin/survey/sa/newSurvey" instead of "surveyAdministration/newSurvey"
in the second installation even the row 2 was erroneous: "admin/survey/sa/listsurveys" instead of "surveyAdministration/listsurvey".

So, I think there is something strange in updatedb process.
Now, all of my installations are working.

In early v4 version the links were not properly updated. HOwever this has been fixed for quite some time now.
You can fix this by loading the default menu items, when editing the start page buttons.
